A seat is one person who signs in to your hub. Agents never take a seat; what limits them is the AI limit you set.
So you pay the AI provider directly, at its own price, and see that bill yourself. NEU adds nothing on top. You set a monthly limit in NEU, and your agents stop when they reach it.
No. When you talk to your NEU from your own Claude, your Claude plan does the thinking. Your AI key is used only when agents run on your hub: routines, Slack and background work.
